Fresh and Fast – Duck Fish Salad
Fresh Fish Recipe
We discovered Duck fish at our local fish mongers when I was pregnant with Cuddles. I was seeking a small Australian fish, with no bones and a mild flavor that children liked. The salad ingredients I have used are what I picked from the garden. Use any salad ingredients you and your family enjoy, or have available.
