Fresh and Fast – Duck Fish Salad

Fresh Fish Recipe

We discovered Duck fish at our local fish mongers when I was pregnant with Cuddles. I was seeking a small Australian fish, with no bones and a mild flavor that children liked. She guaranteed Duck fish would fit the bill and that her grandchildren request seconds. It was a good recommendation.  The recipe below is quick and easy to throw together after a busy day. The salad ingredients I have used are what I picked from the garden. Use any salad ingredients you and your family enjoy, or have available.

My only question, what is duckfish. I read your description and I may never get to taste that yummy looking meal! I am your newest follower! I loved your awesomeness and wished I followed that theme today in my Thankful Thursday post. Check it out if you have time @ http:mostwhatmatters.blogspot.com. Can’t wait to hear more!
