Egg free pumpkin pancakes

Allergy friendly breakfast pancakes. With only four ingredients they are egg and grain free. SIBO friendly breakfast food.

  • 100 grams baked pumpkin mashed
  • 2 tblsp millet flour
  • 1 pinch cinnamon - ground
  • 4 tbsp almond milk


  1. Mix the ingredient together in a bowl to the consistency of a thick batter

  2. Heat a pan to medium hot on the stove and add a scoop of cooking oil of choice, I like to use coconut

  3. Pour or scoop the mixture into the heated pan into 3 small disks. Cook until the top begins to bubble and set then flip to cook on the other side

  4. Serve with your choice of topping if desired, or a side of bacon and salad greens
