Gluten Free Coco2 Biscuits

Gluten Free Coco2 Biscuits. These little nutty bites of coconut, and chocolate goodness are also dairy free, refined sugar free and very easy and quick to cook.

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 3/4 cup almond meal
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder gluten free
  • 1/2 tablespoon Rice Malt Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Coco2 Hazelnut
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon quinoa flakes


  1. Set the oven to heat to 160 degrees Celsius
  2. Add the ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine
  3. Remove the mixture from the bowl and add to a board or the bench, sprinkled with quinoa flakes
  4. Roll into a log and then slice into even sized pieces
  5. Flatten each piece with a fork
  6. Place each piece onto a baking tray and bake in pre heated oven for 8 min
  7. Allow to cool and serve
  8. Store in an airtight container and eat within four days.
