Remove from the dehydrator and cool
Set a saucepan of water to a low simmer. * Use a bowl that sits on top of it without touching the water
Add the chocolate to the bowl and melt over a low simmer stirring constantly
Add the Cointreau and quickly dip each piece of orange into the melted chocolate to coat
Place each dipped piece of orange onto a tray lined with baking paper
Repeat until all slices of dehydrated orange have been dipped in the chocolate
Place in the fridge to set
These do not store well. They will re-hydrate if stored in the fridge so please eat and enjoy them in one sitting.
