Mix the ingredient together in a bowl to the consistency of a thick batter
Heat a pan to medium hot on the stove and add a scoop of cooking oil of choice, I like to use coconut
Pour or scoop the mixture into the heated pan into 3 small disks. Cook until the top begins to bubble and set then flip to cook on the other side
Serve with your choice of topping if desired, or a side of bacon and salad greens
