My Patch – Salad Week
December 13, 2011
This week My Patch is progressing so well, it gives me such a great sense of satisfaction and achievement to see it growing so well. I have managed to find some extra space to plant some beans. I hope that I do not end up with overcrowded patches. For the benefit of any new readers, I have set myself a project I call 3 times a week. I aim to pick produce from my garden to use to use in meals at least three times a week. See my progress to date by selecting the tag in the right hand column of my site called Vegetable Garden. Here are some pictures of my garden this week:
This week I have collected the following from my garden so far:
Monday: Artichokes, baby leeks, garlic, lettuce, rocket and spinach to make Western Cha and Tomato Salad
Tuesday: Lettuce, and spinach leaves to make a salad
Wednesday: I will be collecting – Basil, parsley, garlic, and onion for a spaghetti pasta sauce
I have been carefully tracking the progress of my garden over the past few weeks, since I launched this site. I have created a helpful tool that I will be offering to subscribers to the site this week.
If you enjoy reading my progress in the garden and the kitchen please subscribe to free Fresh Updates in the column to the right and you will be sent a copy of my first newsletter, offering this tool to subscribers.
