It’s that time when rocket may start to head to seed. Once this happens the leaves can begin to get bitter and stop producing. Leave a couple of stems to flower if you have multiple plants as the bees and pollinators love it. Cut the rest of the plant(s) back to below where it is flowering and check the plant is getting enough water. Lack of water is one of the reasons it may begin to flower. Harvest more! Enjoy it while it is at its best.
