Introducing the Small Space Garden Kit
I am very excited to introduce you to a new product I have created for people who do not have a large growing space, or backyard but would like to grow their own fresh herbs and vegetables. Welcome the Small Space Garden Kit to the A Fresh Legacy product range.
It is the “little sister” product of the Kitchen Garden Box which is designed to help busy families start their own backyard vegetable garden.
All of the content in the Small Space Garden Kit has been selected and created because it is suited to growing in pots or containers and in small areas such as a balcony or courtyard.
It has been a busy and very exciting week with pre-sales of my book Grow Just One Thing – The first step in a fresh food journey commencing and finalising this new product to also share with you.
The Small Space Garden Kit was inspired by a customer who told me the Kitchen Garden Box didn’t suit them because it had too many seed types. They had a small balcony area to grow in and just wanted to grow a few things to be able to collect each season at the end of the day to add to dinner.
As well as balconies and courtyards, the Small Space Garden Kit is also a great choice for those in a rental property who are unable to plant in the garden area.
Lack of growing space?
Lack of suitable growing space is one the things that people consistently tell me is a reason they are yet to start a vegetable garden. There are many herbs and vegetables that will grow very well in containers with the right care.
The Small Space Garden Kit provides guidance on how to choose suitable pots, soils and positions to grow.
As with the Kitchen Garden Box, the Small Space Garden Kit presents your certified organic seeds by season so you know what to plant when and includes instruction/information cards on selecting pots or growing containers, soil and information for growing on a balcony – in addition to many more resources to ensure you get to harvest fresh herbs and vegetables for your meals.
View the product inclusions here and get your order in so you too can start to collecting fresh herbs and vegetables to add to your meals. Don’t delay as I am expecting them to sell out at the Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show next month, March 16-20th. I will be exhibiting at the show with my newly published book Grow Just One Thing, the Kitchen Garden Box and Small Space Garden Kit.
Please come and say hi to me if you are visiting the show. I’d love to meet you and chat about your kitchen garden, or the kitchen garden you plan to start.
